Know a Person by What they Write
It seems often in movies or books where a human will ask, "Does any
person really know another person?" The quick answer to that is "Not
Likely." We humans are odd since when we speak we most often say "what
is expected." We do so to minimize stress on both sides, and in an
attempt to make the world happy.
But things are different when we write, and many writers know that.
Diaries for example become the confidant of many. Books or articles for
others. But why the difference? Blank paper does not judge. It does not
tell us we are a bad person, or that we are unfit for the world. Blank
paper just sits there waiting for us to tell it what we believe, and it
is accepting of all.
If you want to know a person. Look at what they write. That is the real
person, their brain is "Dancing when no one is looking."
